Ford & Doonan Kardinya Head Office is ACTIVELY looking to hire qualified air conditioning installation sub contractors NOW for IMMEDIATE start.

We’re offing an incredible bonus to join us in mid-Summer for any and all qualified air conditioning installation sub contractors.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

  • You must commit to 8 weeks of work installing one ducted system per day (or the same 40 systems over a 10-12 week period, or two per day, whichever way you work)
  • Bonus is paid on completion of the 40 complete reverse cycle ducted installations in existing Perth homes.
  • Pro-rata is not the idea of this
  • We provide ALL the materials (except for sundries, hardware and PVC drainpipe)
  • You have access to our office admin team and site supervisors for support
  • All our subbies get paid on time, every time, as we’ve been doing for the last 35+ years.

TO BE ELIGIBLE

  • You must be a qualified air conditioning contractor with a business name, ABN , GST registered and carry insurance policies of public liabilities and workers compensation insurance,
  • Have a strong safety focus and have a white card for each member of your team
  • You must be presentable, polite on site, treat our customers with care and drive a reasonably presented vehicle
  • You must have experience installation ducted air conditioners
  • You must be able to install to our high standard and not cut corners or leave rough work in your wake
  • You must be willing to stand by your workmanship and be proud of your work
  • You must undertake each job in the approved safe working methods, no risk taking!
  • We expect you’ll fill out and return any paperwork we request on each job
