Service Scheduler

AT FORD & DOONAN BUNBURY

Ford & Doonan are seeking an enthusiastic service scheduler to join our team. The role is at Ford & Doonan Bunbury.

WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THE ROLE?

  • Someone who is highly organised with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Is computer literate and with telephone skills (training provided on internal systems)
  • Hands on approach with the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Has some knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems (preferred but not essential)

 

ABOUT THE ROLE!

  • Schedule Service and Repairs of air conditioning systems
  • Liaise with service technicians, suppliers and customers
  • Manage accounts including invoicing, payment processing & debt collection
  • Ordering & receiving parts
  • Process warranty claims
  • General office & customer service duties

This is a FULL TIME position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Technician

Installation Site Supervisor / Manager

AT FORD & DOONAN KARDINYA

Ford & Doonan are looking for a Supervisor that aspires to transition into a Management position to join our team at our Kardinya Head Office. The successful applicant will be a fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technician with a passion for excellence.

WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THE ROLE?

  • Successful applicants will be reliable, well presented, demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated
  • Someone with experience with residential air conditioning installation
  •  Knowledge of all standard types of A/C systems: Ducted systems, Wall splits and Cassettes
  • Understands OSH requirements relevant to the building industry, and provide OSH leadership.
  • An understanding of air movement grille selection and duct design would be an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supervising A/C installations within: Single and two-story domestic, in existing premises and during construction and light commercial construction and properties undergoing upgrades and refurbishments
  • Work with builders and builder’s representatives
  • Ensure mechanical services are installed to the required standards
  • Conduct minor fault finding
  • Resolve installation related issues
  • Supervise multiple projects at differing stages of completion
  • Provide leadership to direct employed and sub contact labour
  • Maintain OSH requirements relevant to the building industry
  • Provide OSH leadership

MUST ALSO HAVE A VALID AND CURRENT:

  • WA Manual Driver’s license
  • Australian Residency
  • White card
