We used Ford & Doonan some years ago to replace an old existing aircon system, and when we purchased a house recently called Ford & Doonan again to replace an old evap system. A great experience again. From quoting to instal and patching afterwards - everything went smoothly; the guys were all friendly and professional, kept me informed along the way and every aspect of the job was completed to a high standard; all trades even cleaned up, so I couldn't tell they had been. Wouldn't hesitate in using Ford & Doonan again.

A difficult position for the Tech who came to check our defective system. He advised an expensive replacement of the system rather than repair. He was able to logically and simply support the replacement option whilst being very clear that the repair could prove to be the least desirable option.
