We have again bought an air conditioner from Ford & Doonan after our previous unit was finally getting noisy and obviously was needing replacement after a very long life. All went well with prompt attention, good quote and excellent service - on time and efficient as before. The installers were pleasant and cooperative on the day. We would recommend this firm.

Simply the best in the business. We had a Daiken ducted system with AirTouch2 and extra insulated roof cavity ducting installed. I was recommended Ford and Doonan by literally everyone !! It was no surprise when they ended being exceptional. We have used Ford and Doonan twice now, their advice is second to none, workmanship exceptional, they turn up when they say they will (absolute rarity these days!!), always give you the best price and all of their staff are expert, friendly and passionate about their field. We will only use Ford and Doonan now and we are very grateful to of found them.

I live in a older complex and my unit is down the other end from the power supply. Before I got on to Ford & Doonan Osborne Park I had three other crowds out to quote and all declined, putting it in the too hard basket.
